Programme Outline

To provide a better understanding of social issues, including human and labour rights within Singapore, contextualized within the broader ASEAN region. Participants will explore the current state of the human and labour rights in Singapore (including trends, legal and regulatory requirements), and best practices in promoting and protecting these rights in the workplace.

Learning Outcome

Participants will develop understanding of the human and labour rights landscape in Singapore and ASEAN, including practical knowledge to implement and manage compliance and best practices within their organisations.

Wen Rui has over 10 years of experience with clients financial reporting and reporting advisory of new standards. Wen Rui also specializes in regulatory compliance, ensuring alignment with ISSB standards and guidelines.

Christopher Soh

Christopher is a Manager at KPMG in Singapore and leads ESG advisory projects across a wide spectrum of sectors. He holds a Masters of Science in Sustainable Resource Management from the Technical University of Munich in Germany. He is also a certified Climate Risk Specialist by the Global Association of Risk Professionals.
